Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll keep you informed by email.
Shipping Destinations
STRAIV currently ships throughout the United States.
We're working to expand our shipping network and hope to serve more countries in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, most deliveries within the United States arrive within:
5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Your shipping destination
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Peak shopping seasons
- Customs or transportation disruptions (when applicable)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, STRAIV may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Any active promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also check your shipment status anytime through our Track Order page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest possible delivery, some orders may arrive in separate packages.
If this happens, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.
We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of any damaged packaging
We'll review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier.
